I woke up this morning
Despair, and loneliness quickly took over my will
My body ached and my eyes wept for no reason
I couldn't think straight
My vision was blurred
My muscles were weak
I didn't care about anything or anybody
I didn't care if I lived or die
I just wanted it all to end
Day after day I wondered why me.....
My ladylove was gone
My money was gone
My Job was gone
My so-called friends were gone
My home was a total wreck
My phone constantly ring from people who only wanted something from me I no longer had to give
My room was cluttered with bills
My medicine cabinet was full of happy pills
Thinking of either one, just gave me the chills
Then you came to my door and saved me
All I had to do was get down on my knees and ask for your forgiveness for being wrong
